Experience in working with offshore - onsite based model

10 years of work experience. Five years of proven project leadership expertise on large size and very complex projects including PLC/SDLC processes, facilitation, negotiation, delegation, mentoring, etc. is preferred. PM with experience in managing large scale integration projects.
Develop, scope, and define objectives for the project. Manage and resolve issues and risks to project delivery. Experienced in creating and maintaining project deliverables such as project charters, project plans, status reports, timesheets, estimates, communication plans, reports, risk management plans, and milestone charts.
Will lead all aspects of a general information technology project or multiple, small-scale IT projects. Ability to mentor and guide others through the project management process. Should focus on bringing projects to completion within timeline and budget.
